Guidance for visa application

How to apply: Application must be filed in duplicate along with 3 copies of recent passport size photographs. Passport is needed. Photocopy of application form or form downloaded from the Internet will be accepted provided it contains all the information as printed in the original form.

Visa requirements:

Business visa: A letter from any business organization in UK endorsing the eligibility of the applicant and letter of invitation from Bangladeshi organization mentioning the applicant's name and passport number should be furnished with the visa application form.
Tourist visa: letter or invitation is not required.
NGO Visa: (1) A letter from concern NG0 office in UK (2) A letter from concern NGO office in Bangladesh. (3) Sanctioned letter from NGO bureau in Bangladesh.
Employment Visa :(1)A letter from employer (2) Sanctioned letter from relevant Ministry or Board of Investment, or Export processing Zone
Official Visa : Note Verbal or official letter from concern office
Student visa: (1)A letter from concern institution certifying the admission.(2) Bank statement
For any other category of visa relevant supporting papers should be submitted along with the visa application form.

Single entry : £40
Double entries : £52
Multiple with 3 entries : £75
Multiple with 4 entries : £104

Australia

Single £18.50, Double £27.50 & Multiple £95.00

Austria Single £22.50 & Multiple £40.50

Belgium Single £20.00, Multiple (6 months) £30.00, Multiple (1 year) £60.00

Canada Single, Double £37.50 & Multiple £73.50

Finland Single & Multiple £16.50

France Single, Double & Multiple £19.50

India Visa required but no fee

Indonesia Single & Multiple £17.50

Japan Visa required but no fee

Malaysia Single £10.00 & Multiple £20.00

USA Single & Multiple £66.30

Note:

Documentary evidence of identification in support of profession is a must
Incomplete application form or application with incorrect information/insufficient supporting papers will be rejected without citing any reason.
Visa Processing time 24hrs

Type of visa and duration of stay:

· Tourist Visa-Maximum stay 2 Month

· Business Visa 6 Month.

· Others type of visa-Details being published soon.

Please pay the visa fees by Debit/Credit card at the counter of the consular of Bangladesh High Commission. Those who are applying by mail are advised to send postal order / bank draft payable to BHC, a stamped self addressed recorded delivery envelope and other necessary documents along with the application.

Receipt of application:

10.00AM to 01.00PM (Monday-Thursday)

10.30AM to 12.45PM (Friday)

Delivery of passport:

03.00PM to 04.30PM (Monday-Friday) only for Bangladeshi Passport

10:30AM to 1:00PM (Submitted and Collection for Foreign Visa)
