If you have lost your existing Machine Readable Passport, you can apply for a New passport with the following documents:
1. Filled in Application form from https://bhclondon.org.uk/assets/theme/file/MRP_reissue.pdf
2. Copy of your lost passport.
3. A Police report of the lost passport is mandatory.
4. You will have to fill in a declaration in the High Commission.
